Platform coordination note

Eswatini Mobility coordinates the booking. Transport is fulfilled by partner shuttle operators.

Eswatini Mobility is a mobility coordination platform. Shuttle transport services are provided by independent partner operators who are required to hold the relevant operating permits, vehicle compliance documents, driver authorisations, and insurance applicable to their routes.

This page supports the wider Eswatini Mobility homepage model: shuttle bookings, parcel movement, SafeRide, lease-to-own mobility, and partner coordination under one organised platform.

Customs declaration support

Passengers remain responsible for customs declarations.

We do not submit customs declarations on behalf of passengers. We capture a declaration prompt so dispatch can remind passengers to complete any required SARS or ERS processes before travel.

South Africa / SARS

Passengers entering or leaving South Africa may need to declare goods and currency. SARS online traveller declaration captures traveller, travel, currency, possessions and payment details where applicable.

Eswatini / ERS

Travellers entering Eswatini must make declarations at border posts where required, especially for goods outside ordinary personal allowances.

Booking question added

Do you have goods or currency to declare?

The form asks this before submission. If the passenger selects yes or not sure, the system captures a short note for dispatch follow-up.

  • • Goods bought, received, repaired, remodelled or carried for someone else may need declaration.
  • • Currency may need declaration according to SARS or border requirements.
  • • Restricted or controlled goods must be declared by the passenger.
  • • Minor passengers should be handled by the adult/guardian responsible for them.

Digital wallet policy

No cash refunds. Eligible cancellations become wallet credit.

If a passenger cancels before departure, the eligible base fare amount is saved in their Eswatini Mobility digital wallet for their next booking. The E20 booking fee is not refundable and does not go into the wallet.

Wallet credit

Base fare credit can be used toward a future shuttle booking.

Booking fee excluded

The E20 booking fee is non-refundable and does not go into the wallet.
